By accessing or using Montely's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations in San Antonio, TX.
2. Service Standards
Montely provides executive ground transportation. We strive for 100% on-time performance and absolute vehicle cleanliness. However, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, major accidents).
3. Cancellations
To maintain our operational precision, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for standard transfers, and 48 hours for special events or large-capacity vehicles.
